I grew up in a Midwest farming community where I developed a strong work ethic and the deep belief that your word is your bond. A few years after getting married my husband and I visited Charlotte for a short vacation and we loved it so much we ended up staying for life.
I obtained both my North and South Carolina broker licenses in 2000 and spent a number of years in new home sales. The process of helping buyers go from raw land to the closing table gave me a unique knowledge that is a benefit to every client I work with. It enables me to identify and avoid potentially costly mistakes, whether you are building a new home or buying or selling an existing home.
Relocating with a job, moving to be near grandchildren, upgrading to accommodate a growing family, downsizing for retirement...whatever the reason for your move, it can be complicated and stressful. Over the past twenty years I have helped hundreds of people through the process. With extensive market knowledge, savvy negotiation skills, realistic expectations, and the desire to truly listen to what people say and work hard to help them achieve their goals, I can help you too. Having fun along the way and creating lifelong friendships is just an added bonus.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our sweet dog Esky. I love cold weather, trips to the mountains, and a strong cup of coffee.
